ECTS
The
European
Calcified
Tissue
Society
(ECTS)

major
organisation

Europe

Society
acts

forum

dissemination

high
quality

through
its

Photo
Policy
Photography,
audio
recording
and
videotaping
inside
the
lecture
rooms

prohibited.
Taking
photos

posters
presented
at

3rd
Joint
meeting

is
only
allowed
when
the
permission
form
for
photography
is
signed
by
the
ECTS/IBMS

the
respective
author

you
at

meeting

Embargo
Policy
Media
representatives
are
required
to
abide
by
the
ECTS/IBMS
embargo
policy.
The
embargo
policy
requires
that
coverage
of
abstracts,
posters

research
being
presented

congress
is
prohibited
until
one
hour
after
the
presentation.
On-Site
Registration
and
Requirements
We
advise
you
to
register
in
advance
and
reserve
appropriate
accommodation.
The
ECTS
and
IBMS
are
not
responsible
for
making
any
accommodation
arrangements
for
journalists.
Registered
media
representatives
are
required
to
wear
their
ECTS/IBMS
name
badges
at
all
times
while
in
the
meeting
venue;
no
one
is
admitted
to
sessions
without
a
badge.
All
sessions
are
open
to

Photography,

recording
