CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All cancellations must be sent to MCI in writing (fax, letter or email). For cancellations received before 8 March 2011 deposits will be refunded less €70 for administrative costs. (The cancellation fee will be €35 if you are registering for the training course only). After this date, no refund will be possible. A handling fee of €30 per registration will be charged for every registration modification received after 8 March 2011.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

General Attendance Certificates are included in the congress bag.

For CME Certificates please first complete the relevant form (also included in the congress bag) and present it to the registration desk as of Monday 9 May, noon, where you will receive the CME credits
